What do I do if I lose an item at Tropicana Field?

If you misplace an item during your visit to the Stadium, there are procedures in place to help you. You should head to one of the guest services locations, (located at Gates 1, 3, and 4) or speak to a member of staff to report your lost item. What happens if there’s bad weather during an event?

Thankfully, due to its non-retractable domed stadium design, bad weather events don’t affect games or events at Tropicana Field. It is a closed stadium, so you won’t have to worry about games getting rained off or disrupted because of snow.

Can I bring outside food and drinks into Tropicana Field?

Outside food and drinks are generally prohibited at the stadium. However, there are exceptions for specific dietary needs or for medical reasons. If you have a reason to bring special food or beverages into the stadium, you should contact guest services ahead of an event. You can also bring baby food and formula into the stadium.
